Acceptance of university-level scientific research project: Research, calculation and determination of thread norms in industrial sewing

On March 31, 2021, Hanoi University of Industry held an acceptance of the university-level scientific research "Research, calculation and determination of thread norms in industrial sewing". The research team has studied and built a model to calculate the consumption of only 24 common stitches from experimental data by the Bayesian Model Average technique and set up the software to support the TC.V1.0 sewing thread norm for the product. common products and orders in industrial sewing. The software has been applied to test calculations on a number of industrial garment production orders at Dong My Garment Joint Stock Company and is considered to meet production requirements well. The calculation results are accurate, fast and convenient during use.

The Acceptance Council evaluated the research as having both scientific and practical applications while ensuring economic and social goals and meeting current affairs. The topic is also capable of experimental application at research institutes, training institutions of Textile and Garment Technology and industrial garment manufacturing companies. The Council unanimously accepted the research and suggested the team complete it to put it into practice.
